Eye operation

In January 2015, Sarah had a miraculous eye operation at Bristol Eye Hospital including a double retinal detachment, a dislocated lens removed and an artificial lens inserted giving her much improved vision.

R.I.P. Ozzie

On March 6th 2015 Ozzie, Sarah's guide dog, sadly passed away.

Ozzie guided Sarah when she was registered blind for 8 years and after her operation at Moorfields Eye Hospital in February 2011, Ozzie was Sarah's beloved pet for 3 1/2 years. He was a truly wonderful guide dog and gave Sarah much independence as well as much joy and pleasure. Ozzie passed away just after Sarah had her operation at Bristol Eye Hospital which gave her much improved sight.
